When can I expect the preview?
We usually send the preview in 5 or 7 days,depends upon the customization of the product.
Is it possible to merge individual photos into a single image?
Yes, possible it depends on the photo angle. For better suggestions, please share the photos with us on WhatsApp.
How much do you charge for merging two people?
The price for our services depends on the photo. To provide you with a more accurate quote, please share the photos with us on WhatsApp for better results.
Can I see a preview before framing?
Yeah, we will share a preview on WhatsApp before framing.
Is it possible to choose a frame Design?
We have 10+ frame Designs; you can choose as per your wish.
Is product customization possible?
Yes, we can customize it as per your wish, but with limited corrections. If there are too many corrections or additional customizations, an extra charge will apply.
Ordering
How can I place the order?
Not much complicated! choose the model you need, fill in the required details, and place the order.
How can I share the photos and other details?
Once you have placed your order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp and email to get the required details.
Is my payment method secure?
We are using India’s topmost-used payment gateway (razor pay) on our website, so don’t worry about that.
What can I do, if my payment fails or the amount is debited from the account without ordering?

What do I need to do after placing my order?
Our team will contact you on WhatsApp within one or two hours.
Is my money safe?

Is COD available?
For now, we do not offer a COD (cash on delivery) option since our products are customized. If you cancel the order after the product is completed, we will not be able to resell or reuse it.

How much is the delivery charge?
It’s free shipping. In some cases, a delivery charge will apply for extra weight, volumetric size, non-serviceable areas, and the delivery place.
When can I expect the product delivery?
Usually, you can get the product within 3 to 10 working days.
Is it possible to request an early delivery?
Yes, it is possible to get early deliveries, but it depends on the delivery location. Therefore, we suggest that you contact our support team to confirm the feasibility before placing an order.
Where can I get the order tracking details?
Once we ship your product, our team will share order tracking details on WhatsApp or by mail.
What can I do if my product was not delivered?
Contact us on WhatsApp or by mail, our team will take the required action.
Product Replacement & Refund
What if my product was damaged during shipment?
If you receive damaged product, contact the support team within one day.
Can I get a replacement for the damaged product?
Yes, you can get a replacement for damaged products within 4 to 5 days, once you have sent the opening video without edit or cutting the clips.
What about refund?
The refund is not available for the Softcopy, whereas you will get a refund for the frame price.
Privacy
What will you do with our personal information?
We will save user data such as name, contact details, and email address because we maintain the customer database and provide superior service to every customer.
Will you upload our photos to social media and other platforms?
We would love to show our work off. But if you don’t want to upload your artwork on social media, you can inform our team about not using it.
What Will you do with our photo after completing the work?
We will delete the photos from our device once the work is completed, but we will keep the final output for future reference.
